Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your artwork. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Artwork must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@ryansmithfineart.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and returns must be approved before shipping. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging, and we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions
Custom commissions and pieces printed at non-standard sizes by special request are final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.
