Shipping Policy

Production time. Every print is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery time. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the continental United States. In total, most orders arrive within 8–17 business days of purchase. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost. All US orders over $50 ship free.

Where we ship. We ship throughout the United States. For international orders, please contact us at info@ryansmithfineart.com before purchasing. Any duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking. If you haven't received tracking information within 10 business days of your order, contact us at info@ryansmithfineart.com or call/text 385-458-3430.

Damaged in transit. Every piece is carefully packaged. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging, and we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
